She grew up in Aurora, OH. She and her husband, John, have two boys, Gabriel and Benjamin, as well as two dogs, Buck and Gus.

She earned my medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She completed my pediatrics residency at Akron Children's Hospital. She is also certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

In her podcast, she takes on - and tackles - general health and wellness, parental issues, family matters, and real-life challenges that affect every single one of us.
